'Lost': Not in Kansas Anymore
(Comments: 12)

Here is Doc Jensen's tease for tonight's episode.

The season finale is upon us! (Was that a tear that just escaped your eye?) ''No Place Like Home'' kicks off a two-part, three-hour event that concludes a fast-paced, hard-rocking season. The big twist you may have heard about — codenamed ''Frozen Donkey Wheel'' by Lost producers (possibilities: a steam-powered time machine; a metaphor for the celestial clockwork of the universe paralyzed by quantum catastrophe; what a pile of mule dung looks like) — will occur in the two-hour giant-sized wrap-up airing on May 29. Tonight, however, you will see, at long last, the Oceanic 6 return home via Hawaii — our westward ''sea-washed, sunset-gate,'' in the words of a famous poem that links Lost to a certain iconic American statue. (Don't worry: I'll explain this in a minute.) And according to executive producer Damon Lindelof, you will also see this:

''Press conferences, funerals, and surprise parties.... Oh my!''

(See, because ''No Place Like Home'' is a Wizard of Oz reference. Get it?)

Programming note: Even though part 2 of ''No Place At Home'' won't air until two weeks from now, there will be a new Doc Jensen column next week. With the season almost finished, I'm looking for answers to the following question: With the departure of the Oceanic 6 imminent, what happened to the other castaways? Keep your responses brief — 70 words, tops. Here's my guess:

Locke and his fellow Left Behinders escape Keamy and the freighter mercenaries by using the Dharma time machine to quantum leap into the Island's past, where Locke finds himself the leader of the Hostiles. The other castaways? Members of the Dharma Initiative! And guess what? They can't remember who they are! (Now you know why Sawyer was so dazzled by Room 23 last season: déjà vu!)

What to know who THE KISS is between
(Comments: 39)

Update: 17:30 GMT The ODI has just updated his poll and removed one of the options.

Ever since a "Big Kiss" was revealed a while ago, the Internet boards have been a buzz about who will get this kiss. We'll my good friend The ODI contacted me today and said he'd received details of the kiss and wanted to run it past me now that I have the Finale synopsis to make sure it was legit. I've can confirm that the person who sent The ODI the spoilers, like Lostfan108, has seen the episode and the details of the kiss are correct.

He is currently posting a number of polls and will release the info "soon" as he narrows down the poll options.

You can check out his post and polls here and vote on who you think the kiss will be between.

Jorgia Garcia Interview

Thanks to Achaeus for the info.

Actor Jorge Garcia talks about season four of ABC's hit, snooping around the set, and his favorite theories about what is going on in the show.

[Some slight spoilers for those who are not up-to-date with Lost, read at your own risk!]

In a cast as expansive as ABC's Lost, it takes more than just a decent acting performance to stand out from the rest. Jorge Garcia, who portrays Hugo "Hurley" Reyes, has seen his character go from middling comic relief in season one to one of the primary pieces of the show's main story in the fourth season.
Garcia as Hurley.

Garcia as Hurley.

Hurley has powers that others do not (he is one of the few who can see Jacob's cabin), he's one of the Oceanic Six, and he was the only who had the stones to respect Charlie's final warning. Garcia has risen to the challenge admirably, squaring off with Emmy nominees Terry O'Quinn (John Locke) and Michael Emerson (Benjamin Linus) in last week's episode and delivering one of the season's most stirring performances after losing his best friend.

With Lost's fourth-season finale airing tomorrow, TV.com caught up with Garcia to talk about the season so far, the three-hour finale, and how he's just as much a fan of the show as we are.

TV.com: Let's get to the nitty-gritty. How does one move an island?

Jorge Garcia: Yeah. I am not totally sure how one moves an island. In fact, I was poking around [the set] because I think they are shooting that today. They definitely wanted more out of a scene of moving-island stuff. I was poking around and looking at different set pieces and different big rooms trying to figure out what they were, because I don't work in the studio a lot.

When I go to the studio, I always like to look around and see what's set up. And you'll find like the engine room from inside the freighter is set up in one spot. And there's stuff that I didn't [recognize], and I say, "Ooh, I don't know what this is but it's a bookshelf with DHARMA books on it." And I was like, "What's this, is it another Marvin Candle movie?" I try to open doors, and I try to figure out what certain areas are. Then I get my phone out and I take pictures in front of stuff, and I just try and figure that stuff out.

TV.com: So, you get to poke around the set... You're just as curious as all of us Lost fans?

Jorge Garcia: Absolutely. I'm really curious about that stuff. Then I wait until I see that same thing on the TV show, and I'm like, "Oh, there it is."

Well as reported I believe yesterday, ABC previewed a sneak peek of the first part of the finale to the media. E! Online provided all of us with a description of that video and it was a clip of the Oceanic 6 on the cargo plane heading home. Here is the actual video for those that want to watch it.

Thanks to Carlost for the heads up.

Update: 01:30 GMT I know that everyone is wanting to know stuff but please DO NOT email me asking me for snippets before we post on the site. For the sake of my inbox :) (I've already had over 50+ emails asking me). Please be patient. Thanks for your understanding. And the reason I'm not posting part 1 tonight is that it's 1:30am here and I need to type it up in a format that cannot be easily copied by trolls.

Note: You will still be able to visit the spoiler section for trailers etc as all the comments will be restricted to the Major Spoiler thread.

All

Just to let you know that I've just been contacted by LostFan108 again and he has provided me with the main synopsis points for Episode 4.12 Parts 1, 2 and 3.

Tomorrow we will be posting a high level synopsis for 4.12 Part 1 and then sometime before 19th May we will post the key highlights from Parts 2 and 3. This will include all the main cliffhangers and talking points, including who the kiss is between, who is in the coffin (It shocked me) and what the Frozen Donkey Wheel is, along with any deaths.

I'm making this post to warn as many of you who don't like the big spoilers to stay clear of this section of the site as well as any other unmoderated message boards as there will certainly be idiots who will post it wildly around the net.

The posts will be done in such a way as to make it difficult for people to copy and paste the text and we will have lots of "Are you Sure" messages.

If you can pass this onto other web sites and message board owners warning them to watch out for potential trolls spreading the spoilers.
