This is the best of the Lost Moments!! I like season 3 so far, but I forgot how cool it was seeing more of them interact, and not just Sawyer/Kate/Jack, Sayid/Sun/Jin, and the others on the first island separately. And there is the beer that the producers mentioned at the Jimmy Kimmel panel! hmmm bet the driver killed himself by driving under influence...where have we heard that before..
Sawyer back with the losties, a mysterious VW van, beer, and Jin learning English...

Hmm, with Sawyer and Jin getting drunk and making small talk, perhaps this is where the info about Charlie grabbing Sun will slip out?
If Sawyer is drunk, he may be dumb enough to let that little tidbit slip out. The question though is who will Jin be madder at- Charlie or Sawyer?
We know the news is coming, so here's a perfect opportunity to let it slip!
And I also think this is one of the better Lost Moments- sure it gives away the fact that Sawyer lives and gets back (which might spoil for some non-spoiler readers) but it's not designed to keep us "taught with suspense and mystery" like the other LM's have. It's nice to see ABC isn't trying to drag out the suspense another week, because I've all but had it with their LM adrenaline games.

What a rip off. They show Sawyer, but don't give any clues about the Triangle. I need to know what happens between them. Who cares about Darma car, we need to know about the Kate/Jack/sawyer thing. What about Charlie/Clair is desmond gonna step in.

Not too sure if I like this scene or not. It's cute, no doubt about that, but it seems way out of the style for the show. A little corny to me. I mean come on, we've got the VW - which I have no problem with - but then we have it stocked with DHARMA beer (which appears to still be good enough to pack a punch) and there's a skeleton leaning against the van? I dunno ... I'll hold my vote until I see it in context to the rest of the eppy.
Probably my favorite Lost moment.....this is the kind of scene that makes the show worth watching.

Great to see Sawyer back with Jin again ^ the other Losties. Kate is probably back on the beach with Sun. The love triangle thing never did it for me. I much rather see how Sawyer & Kate got back to the Losties island & whether Jack's plan will work or not?
Its one of the best Lost Moments so far along with the one Desmond flips out on the beach & rugby tackles Charlie. Des shud kick his ass.

To jbdean- Just so I'm clear, you have no probolem with smoke monsters that can take human form, mysterious surround sound reverse-track whispers in the jungle, a guy regaining use of his crippled legs inexplicably after 4 years, baby stealing creeps that play dress up as hillbillies, and a cast of rediculously gorgeous people who all happen to have miraculously survived a plane crash that should have resulted in everyone's gruesome death and who have all led traumatic lives with intriguing influences on their current situation and issues with at least one of their parents, BUT 2 guys drinking warm beer in the Mystery Machine with Skeletor McDeadguy propped against it crosses the of believability/tolerability for you?
I have little to add other than that we need more DHARMA and less love triangle. I welcome the DHRAMA bus and the mystery surrounding its wonderous cargo of delicious beer.
Also, "Skeletor McDeadguy" is an awesome name.

So here's a question I have-
Our newly discovered friend (Skeletor McDeadguy) appears to have both of his arms. Take a look at the still frame that Dark put up. Vincent had a right forearm in his mouth.
In the stillframe, Skeletor McDeadguy looks like he's wearing his sleeves rolled up. Just below the right sleeve cuff area, it appears that we can see a piece of his forearm. I guess the real question is how much of an arm did Vincent have in his mouth?
It doesn't seem like Skeletor is the owner of the disembodied arm that Vincent is traipsing around with, so who's arm is it? I still think it may belong to Montand of Rousseau's science team.
So, who's arm is it, and who exactly was Skeletor McDeadguy?
Yes, good call upthread, this is probably where James slips and tells Jin that Charlie assaulted Sun. I pity the Hobbit after *that* comes out (see: Jae Lee's face after Jin got done with him).

is there more than one dharma van, because on the one shown on the promos with hurley and co. they seem to be in a much more open space and there is a cliff edge were there doesnt seem to be here, so i think maybe they have found a new hatch with quite a few dharma VW vans just my thoughts
For those who think this scene is corny, go get yourself a sense of humor and get the stick out of your butt...this scene is priceless.....I love Lost for these type of scenes....the actors are great together and this was so funny.....I cant wait for Lost to come back!

Though I find it fun, I still can't figure out whey Dharma would want a VW bus on the island. Wouldn't a Jeep have been a little more practical? Or are Dharma scientists closet surfers and skateboarders?

Um, 2 totally different senarios. What you listed are sureal to begin with. This scene is supposed to be realistic. And FWIW, I like the banter between the two, that's not my issue.
