Thanks to Matt for the following small update from Ausiello. Additionally, It looks like the casting audition description mentioned earlier was a typo and Arthur is indeed a man.

Ausiello: New character alert! The show has started casting the recurring role of Arthur Stevens, a very tall and thin corporate recruiter who is smart, capable and ruthless. "He may smile and his words may sound soothing," reads the casting notice, "but their effect can send chills up your spine."

I've just found the casting call for this role and Arthur which states that Arthur is a female???? Is this a typo? I'll try to find out more.

40 - 60, Female. All ethnicities. Tall/Thin.

Sounds like a Dharma man to me. Who would you like to see play this role?
Also appearing in 401 and 402, with possibly more eps down the line, is Arthur Stevens. He is a ruthless corporate recruiter, tall and thin, with a chilling prescence.

I am Joe King, there will be no replacement of Richard. At the Comic Con D&C said that there would be scheduling issues but that they are working on it. They'll make it happen. Nestor has already said that he'd be willing to even film Lost on a weekend. So it's doable.
No one can replace Richard/Nestor!!
