Whoopi Goldberg is trying to steal Naomi's thunder :P
Dear old Whoopi didn't really tell us anything we didn't already know from the things Naomi said about Oceanic flight 815 last season.
Flight 815 was found, with the bodies of the deceased on board.
Which conflicts with what we've been led to believe for the last 3 years.... that being... flight 815 crashed on the island.
Dark give Whoopi her own section on here already!
Did she really want everybody to believe that she's a real fan? I mean her big spoiler is about the cliffhanger of DOC which was revealed like 9 months ago.
And she tought it was Oceanic 818...
Naomi could have been lying. You didn't really know.
There is a difference between being a fan and being fanatical (like me) I can see my mother forgetting the plane number and she loves the show.
Anyways... the others saw the plane crash so, the misleading one is more likely to be the one they find in the ocean.
And this is a spoiler... its about finding out more details about the one in the ocean this season... which i like.
Anyways, yall have fun watching. Its not on here till Feb 13 so I'm offa this site till its all done.
During a commercial break she revealed tons of other HUGE spoilers: Ben manipulates people, Desmond can see the future, and Jacob isn't visible to everyone!

On the one hand, it's great she mentions Lost. On the other hand, she doesn't know what the heck she's talking about. I don't like all the Lost segments of other ABC shows... does anyone here actually want to watch Jimmy Kimmel, the View, or Eli Stone just to get all the information about Lost possible? Thanks DarkUFO and Susan for making it so we don't have to ha ha
I don't think this is a spoiler at all... she WOULD be confirming that there actually was another plane that crashed (instead of Naomi just lying), but who knows how reliable Whoopi is ha ha...

there is no second plane on the island, she confused with the arg (flight 815) in which they find the "dummy" plane in the trench thus the world believes flight 815 survivors are dead but the real plane crashes on the island, season 4 is about the "frieghtees" and their influence on the island and the fact that they are not rescuing people.
in the 3rd season both lockes father and naomi confirm flight 815 was found in the oceanic trench the arg was filling in the blanks of how it was discovered

I'm pretty sure that even a regular fan could remember that it was flight 815, and even if they were kinda fuzzy on what the number was, they would have looked it up online if they needed to SAY IT ON TELEVISION.
The View....that's a bunch of crapola TV if you ask me.
IMHO, Whoopi is horrible on the View. Horrible!
The look on poor Barbara Walter's face every time Whoopi goes on one of her "I don't like to bathe or brush my teeth but I am a clean-freak" tirades almost makes me feel sorry for her. Poor Bawbrah has to be embarrassed in her poor choice of Rosie's replacement.
The only thing I like about Whoopi is that she is a at least "interested" in Lost. A fan? The flight 818 thing makes me question the degree.
Whoopi isn't exactly the sharpest knife in the drawer so I can only assume that Lost is quite confusing for her to absorb.
"Obviously" there is a huge cover-up regarding flight 815. That is something that we have pretty much known for some time now.
I'd known that Whoopi wouldn't be revealing something SOO big - just something that we huge-LOSTies have been known so far. :D

That second plane is a plant. I'm convinced and if Whoopi is such a fan then how the heck doesn't she initially know the flight number?!? Not to sound weird but my brother flies frequently for his job and he once had a flight (can't remember where) and he made his company rebook b/c the flight number was 815.

You are all idiots. The flight number is obviously 818 Oceanic. Whoopi knows. She is a big fan you guys. I don't know why you have all been calling it Oceanic 815 for the last 3 and a half years. Whoopi obviously knows what she is talking about. End sarcasm here.
Since all of you seem to have watched just this clip, you aren't aware of the comments Elizabeth Mitchell [Juliet] made, who was a guest later on in the show.
Her response to Whoopi's spoiler was "that was great". Then Whoopi asked "that's not bad, right?" [that she shared it with viewers] and EM said" No, it was really good" and continued that "it wasn't too much. There was more you could have said on that same thing."
So clearly, if a Lost cast member didn't feel that Whoopi was talking nonsense... why do so many of you assume she was!

Duh. Oceanic Flight 818 was the lesser known doomed flight, and THAT's the one they found in the ocean!
