Looks like Locke is already letting power go to his head.
I don't know what's more shocking - seeing the wreckage, or the plane crash.

So are we to assume that we are going to witness the plane crash from another person's perspective? If that's a faked crash, how can one witness it, and then be found days/months/years (?) later?

It would be awesome to have Sam on the show. If it weren't for the Sonya thing he would be a perfect fella for one of the ladies to get romantically involved with. Sam is just delicious, I would love to see him on the show. I think he's totally TV worthy. But it doesn't sound like his voice saying, "OMG, it's Flight 815." It sounds like an American voice saying that. And what about Sonya?! Sorry, I know this is OT.
In my opinion, Locke letting this go to his head, i.e. "Right now I'm the one making the decisions.." is NOT good. If I were any of the people with him I would either get the hell out of there or beat him down b/c he, again imho only, doesn't give a rats ass about anything but the island, making sure he stays on that island, making sure nothing compromises the island and making sure he has people he can establish himself as being in charge of. What other worth does he have? Nothing in the outside world, at least as he sees it.
I really liked Locke at first so it sucks that I'm really starting to dislike him this much. This HAS to be part of the reason why Hurley apologized to Jack in 4.1, something must go REALLY wrong, obviously, for only Hurley out of that group supposedly, as we know for sure of right now, to get out of there.
That being said, I'm really curious as to whether Sawyer acquieses to Locke and if so, why......
Locke is doing what he thinks is right.
Numerous people have suggested that Locke is now more 'in the know' than Ben even is, he's just not revealing it all.
Within the next few episodes I think we'll figure out why he's doing what he's doing.

So much on the site is still not loading up for me. Is this the same for everyone? Is there anything to do to try and fix this on my end? Anyone have a link to this trailer, it's just a white screen for me.
@tj23 - it's been doing that intermittently for me too today, a couple hours ago I came on and it was fine but now it's doing the same thing you described. Sorry I can't help. :(

Well i called the number listed in the one screenshot, its an actual number they've set up. It gave me the msg saying it was the oceanic hotline for oceanic flight 815 and if i had family or friends on the flight they were sorry for my loss and some other info nothin too major but cool nonetheless.

I'm totally looking forward to next week's episode. I'm sure it's gonna be great, especially the part about flight 815.

Dark is it possible that the rumoured Season 4 opening could infact be for Episode 2 from that promo it's looking like we actually see the other flight 815 going down.
There's already a complete spoiler for the next episode, it was on here a few days ago...
Sorry if this is a lame question, but the guy that jumped from the helicopter--- the one talking to Jack in the first scene of the trailer for next week-- who IS that? Hasn't he been on the show before, or do I recognize him from some other show?

We must be of the same mindset.
The main two things I want to know right now is if Desmond's final vision will come true and Claire/Aaron get on the helicopter and leave (Not necessarily to safety or back home, but it would still prove his flashes.)
Secondly, will Desmond continuue to have his flashes or have they ended with charlie????? If so, why only until then.
I guess we'll have to wait until 4.05 to get some answers...
Desmondo is my fav island-dwelling lostie and with him not being part of the O6, I'm worried...
Desmond wouldnt be part of Oceanic 6 since he wasnt on the Oceanic plane. Dont mean he wont be rescued tho, right?

A "rumour" stated that Hurley is locked up inside Othersville and that Juliet lets him out.. I think that rumour was confirmed true...?
In the season 4 promos, there were also parts where Locke was saying something about a "traitor" in the group.
Could that traitor be Hurley..?
Putting both of these together... Juliet rescues Hurley, Hurley is reunited with Jack's group... and Jack's group gets "saved". For whatever reason - probably something to do with Locke's future actions - Locke's group ends up being left behind.
So... who/what is the "it" that Hurley mentioned wanted them to go back to the island... Jacob? Hurley saw Jacob so that could indeed be a reason why Locke turns against Hurley? But Jacob wanted Hurley's help for some reason...
That's my thinking aloud done for the day. I'm sure I'll have a completely new, completely different theory after the next episode :-)
Oh, as for the season 4 opening rumour that was posted ages ago... that was mine, based on information a friend of mine gave... I didn't 100% believe it at the time... I now believe it was a "foiler". He'd obviously found out something to do with the new season (such as the filming of the plane underwater) and had built a story around it. The whole air traffic control thing was false...
Bob, I like your post about hurley and think it's a very viable option.
I don't know if it is me but it appears that new mountain ranges have been added behind the island.
