Dr. ARIZA you better be cast for Jack episode, it's about TIME!
Probably ties in to the Desmond/Penny/doctor storyline.
For some reason, I get the feeling this might be more to do with Claire's mom waking from her 6 year long coma...
Yeah, first thing I thought of was this must go along with the Desmond/Penny storyline. It seems to fit with everything we've seen of Desmond with the spoilers this past week. Of course lol, what the heck do we know :)

^ That's what I thought as well, but from what we have seen in TTLG it didn't seem he was still working at the hospital... I mean, he had the white blouse at some point but everyone had this condescending look at him :S
