In the latest Lost Magazine there was a very small snippet/spoiler from Damon Lindelof regarding Hurley.
I love Hurley. He is the greatest. More heroic Hurley moments like in the finale please! Ok, that was more of a statement than a question. Do you agree?
Hell yes, I agree. And thusly, I hereby promise you one heroic Hurley moment in the season four premiere!

In the premiere already??? WOW!!!
Hurley finally dies, and for someone. I doubt it. :P
It'l be when they say 'previously on Lost..." and we see him in the Dharma van again ;)
Hehehe
This is not much information but...heroic means near to death sometimes...and if it is raining...OMG
My guess... ? Hurley swims down to save Desmond.
Im scared... Bites nails.. Should we start the Save Hurley campaign yet?

it could also be a moment in hurley's FF! maybe jack and hurley will break away from the mental institution!
maybe jack is the guy who's in the mental institution not hurley like we thought and hurley will save him from there!
The mental institution flash forward could go two ways... it could be Jack who's there because of his suicide attempt and nervous breakdown, but I think it's more likely Hurley is there in a really sad state, probably repeating the numbers, sitting next to that other guy.
I think Hurley's Mom would be *way* too quick to "brown law" Hurley at the slightest hint of something wacky going on while he was on the Island... even if he's not crazy, the meds they'd put him on in the Institution this time would probably fry his brain, Cuckoo Nest style. Don't trust Senator Kelly, MD !
Another Heroic Hurley idea... know those images of Ken Leung pointing his gun at Jack ? Maybe the next shot is Hurley coming racing over the rocks in the van.
From now on, whenever anyone is in jeopardy, Hurley's Van will save the day ! He'll be like the Knight Rider of Craphole Island.

I think a Hurley-Locke confrontation would be great fun. Hurley, more than any other Castaway, seems to instinctively "get" what makes people tick. Since Locke is gone all Mistah Kurtz, it's only fitting that Hurley, man of absolutely no guile whatsoever, would find Locke's secrets.
