In the part about the disappearing scar you can somewhat plainly see the scar on the mirror image's left side (right side of the picture). That's Jack's actual right side, but the writer was confused by the concept of mirrors.

I cracked up over Fox leading everyone in a sing-along to "We Are the Champions." Good stuff. Fox seems like a pretty cool, down to earth guy in all his interviews.
As for the scar, if anyone watched Fox on Leno last Friday, he said that he had an appendectomy for real years ago, where he had to be in the hospital for like 8 days or something. So I'm guessing he would have a real scar from it, and they would have just used that so I don't think it was reappearing/dissappearing.
I'm pretty sure they got the timeline part wrong for Kate's trial and Jack visiting Hurley. Many theories say that those events actually happened on the same day, and Jack is actually wearing the same diagonal striped tie in both of the pictures shown. Remember Hurley asked Jack what he was doing, and he said he had consulting in the area? I think he was actually going to the trial.
Can't wait for the finale!

I'm happy they're giving more to Sun. At the same time I'm worried about her change... either way, it's going to be really interesting.

No doubts about this. I think the ones who get the most clear messages are Jack and Hurley.

Well, I pretty much believe it has to do with the fact Aaron is the island's son. He is indeed important and special.

BTW, I think Matthew Fox singing "We are the Champions" to his fellow co-stars is really nice and cool and once again sends our friend Kristin to the "kind of lier" wall. ;)
BTW, IMO, one of the most interesting scenes on the finale will be the one involving Locke and Jack... I've been waiting for a real confrontation for so long! An open battle... Science vs. Faith...
Er, you can vaguely see the scar in the flash forwards. It's 3 years in the future, so obviously it would have healed nicely.

I can't wait for the Jack/Locke face-to-face either. They haven't shared the screen since the first episode of the season and those two always work well together. Can't wait to see some good ole' Season 1-2 Science versus Faith debate.

I hope to god that the Jack/Locke scene differs from the billion we've seen in the past few season. I liked that the writers mentioned White Rabbit, because that was probably their only interacton that I liked.

So Evi doesn't think that Kate is "feeling any longer that she has to make up for her mistakes."
When has Kate ever felt she had to make up for her mistakes. I thought it was part of her character that she feels no remorse for all the horrible things she's done and doesn't believe she should have to be punished for them.
Sounds like Kate hasn't grown one bit.

The way Carlton and now Damon talk about this kiss just screams OTP! It's impossible to deny it anymore. Sawyer and Kate will not only get separated for years to come they will also share the best kiss of the show which the writers love and have hyped for months and months. If Kate (and the rest of the O6) gets rescued thanks to a sacrifice from Sawyer (I didn’t read the synopsis so I have no idea what really happens) then there wont be a single regular non-obsessive viewer out there that wont be routing for them to get reunited again.
It's the ulimate love story and we all know it! ;D

That means that the "spectacualr" Sawyer\Kate kiss will be better then their first kiss on the show in "Confidence Man".
Sanna, yes i too think they are the ultimate couple now. even though i am a skater, i always thought des and penny were the OTP, but now i think there are 3 ultimate couples on lost: kate and sawyer, des and pen, and sun and jin.
simply because they all have one major thing in common. separation and anticipation of their reunion.
also, penny got engaged to another man, just like kate, and des let penny go cos he thought she would be happier without him, just like sawyer.
i think the fact that skate is comparable to des and penny tells us that skate is the end game :)

It makes complete sense that Skate be given something becuase there wouldn't really be a triangle anymore if they got NOTHING this season. They have to keep jate apart a little longer or it would be the end of the show just like Evi said recently. And not to disappoint Skaters but most things indicate it is not the romance or passion that makes is spectacular but something sci-fi that makes it so cool. Damon LOVES Jack with Kate and has said they are the ultimate relationship so I have no doubt who will be together in the end. Did any of you watch Kate happily agree to marry Jack? She didn't seem to sad that her "faux true love" wasn't around... makes it pretty obvious where her heart lies.
She didn't seem too sad that her "faux true love" was around? It's been a year since they left the island. She probably accepted that there was no chance she would ever be able to see him again, so the only option is to move on. If she didn't truly love Sawyer, she wouldn't be doing favors for him behind Jack's back and refusing to explain what they were.
She would've happily agreed to marry Sawyer as well. Remember when Sawyer was relieved that she wasn't pregnant, and Kate responded, "Would it have been so bad?"The Kate in season 4 and from there-on-out has grown tired of being fleeting and bouncing from one guy to the other. I don't think it matters which guy she's with so much as the guy is committed.
I'm a Jack and Kate fan myself, but I think that no one really knows who she is going to end up with at this point. Damon and Carlton have said numerous times that the triangle will continue through the last season, so, a lot can still happen. And, considering season six is about "what happens when they get back" to the island, who knows. Really, it could go either way.
Question, though. Anyone know what is going on behind Jack on the cover? It looks like some sort of fire or something. I'm guessing it's probably in part two and three, but just curious if anyone has an idea?

Yeah, we saw that non-hyped speed-jating mid-season episode which took place in the fucked up world of FF:s and which ended because Kate sacrificed her relationship with Jack rather then give up her old secret to Sawyer;)
Seriously, we dont want to get into this old debate again. You especially now after the reveal of who is going to share the writers favorite spectacular moment. In the season finale;)

And about SNBH..: I thought I was going HATE that episode since we knew that there would be a lot of Jate in it, but actually I loved it; we had to go true the Jate story sometimes and it couldn't have played out better for us than it did; non-hyped, no actual kiss- or sex scenes, no build up, no "firsts" of anything and best of all: A break up because Kate rather sacrificed her relationship with Jack than give up an old promise to a man she surly believe she will never see again. It's the perfect love story and it's not about Jack and Kate. No matter how Lost ends we will always have these great moments. ;D Damons kiss-hype in this TV Guide-articles just makes it all even better.
