I've just found out (thanks Mark) the names of Episodes 9 and 12.These come from the UK Digitial TV Guide system.
S3E9 is Stranger in a Strange Land
S3E12 is Par Avion
Here are the DigiGuide Screencaps. (The 2nd DigiGuide Popup is actually showing this as 13 but that is incorrect it is 12)
Update: Whilst the Episode 9 title seems a little boring and obvious, doing a Google search did turn up this slightly more interesting reference.
