I've only had brief contact with Insiderscoop today as he's been very busy, but as you all know a number of us are very interested to see if LOSTFAN108's spoilers matched what Insiderscoop has seen. The information behind the "Read" button below contains Insiderscoops reply to me which includes spoilers. If I have any more contact with Insiderscoop I will of course post it here.
UPDATE: 17:10 GMT - I've just spoken to Insiderscoop and I've updated the text below.

UPDATE: 20:00 GMT - Insiderscoop has just added further clarification to the Jack scene
I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO READ THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TOTALLY SPOILED

It appears to all be true but I've only seen snipets of the show. Walt does help Locke and Hurley does kill with the car. Everything lostfan108 said looks to be right on the money. I do want to mention that in the future after Jack is caught stealling drugs the Chief Dr. asks him how much he has had to drink. Then Jack makes a reference to his father and says you go upstairs and get my father and if I had more to drink than he did ........yada yada yada yada.
So it appears that Christian is alive.
Insiderscoop Update: 17:10 GMT I have finally gotten a chance to watch the whole thing. Everything is dead on.
Insiderscoop Update: 18:30 GMT The flash forward would have confused me if I didn't already know about it. One other thing that may not have been explained completly is the funeral scene. Jack finds an obituary in the paper and goes to the funeral he was calling Kate to see if she was going as well.
When he gets there nobody had shown up, no visitors or family. When asked by the funeral director if the deceased was a friend or family. Jack said neither. At the end when Jack mentions to Kate why he was calling her. She responds with "Why would I go to the funeral."
This to me means that it is someone they have in common and don't care for. My guess is that the individual is Ben. But I may be reaching.
Insiderscoop Update: 20:00 GMT Just want to clarify for some of you. Jack has been drinking but I don't believe he is confused about his father in the comment. I said yada yada yada because I could not remember the lines spoken and did not want to miss quote.
Basically the Chief of surgery is asks How much did you have to drink today Jack? Jack gets annoyed and says "go upstairs and get my father, if I'm drunker than he is you can fire me."
Jack is distraught about something that happened and he desperately wants to go back to the island. He even tells Kate that he has been using the free travel vouchers Oceanic gave them to fly every weekend. He flys to tokyo and back to australia and back in hopes that the plane will crash.
There is a scene where he is in his home and maps of the pacific are laid out everywhere.
