As we previously reported in the Rumours section, Shawn Doyle will be appearing in Lost and I can now confirm with you from my sources that he will be appearing in Episode 4.04 - Eggtown as Kate's lawyer, Mark Forrester.
As several of you have emailed and pointed out, Shawn Doyle played a character called Jack Shepard in the 2000 film called "Frequency". Elizabeth Mitchell was also in this film playing a character called Julia 'Jules' Sullivan. :)
