Ryan has just posted his latest podcast which includes his excellent Forward Cabin section containing a round up of spoilers from the Island.
Spoilers include the Russia shoots noted earlier, but also a shoot at the Omega Station (The Hydra and The Flame), and suggestions that both Horace Goodspeed and Radzinsky will be back in Ep. 8 or so (an older shoot).
