Here is a little filming update.
I saw some filming today and some of the names on the trailers were; Mother, Young Jacob, old Jacob, Jacob, young MIB, And Old MIB. So I looked at the casting news for episode 615 they were casting for two young boys under different names. I think this might prove that Jacob and MIB are twins and they are Jacob and Esau. Notice that there was only ONE mother.
